F.A.Q's
Do you offer a warranty on your repairs?
Yes. I offer a full 12 month / 12,000-mile parts and labor warranty on all work provided I supply the parts.
Can you handle Large and / or complex jobs like a shop?
Yes. I am fully equipped with some of the latest and most innovative equipment available to my industry so whether it's a Toyota that needs a starter or I need to replace the engine in a Full Size Dodge Pick-up, I have everything I need to get the job done properly and effectively (Occasionally perhaps due to intensity of job and / or convenience of location, I may choose to bring the vehicle to our beautiful state of the art shop).
How do you operate in the winter and during inclement weather?
Not a problem. I have invested in the best cold weather gear I can buy. The only time weather is a factor is if it is actually snowing, Icy road conditions, or heavy rain. On those days I shut down and reschedule, unless of course you have a garage or building that I can work in, or you do not mind bringing the vehicle to our facility. If so, then it's off to work I go.
Will you come repair my car on the side of the highway if it breaks down?
To this I say Safety First. If your car is broken down on the side of a major roadway I'm going to ask you to either get the vehicle to a location or to your home where I can work on it without my safety being put at risk.
Do you come to me to do just an oil change?
YES. If you are willing to pay my standard travel fee then certainly we can come to you and provide common Maintenance services.
